Keep Your Air Conditioner

Clean & Efficient

General Aircon Cleaning is a routine preventive-maintenance option for homes and suitable business premises in Singapore. The standard scope includes cleaning the air filters, front panel, accessible evaporator-coil surfaces, drainage path and external casing, subject to the unit design and condition.

For many regularly used residential units, servicing about every 3 to 4 months is a practical starting point. The appropriate interval depends on usage, environment and equipment condition; cleaning may support airflow and cooling where dirt is contributing, but it cannot guarantee lower electricity use or a particular equipment lifespan.

For heavier build-up, compare our deeper FoamJet cleaning and aircon chemical wash options.

Improves Cooling Performance

Cleaning filters and included components may improve airflow or cooling performance when accumulated dirt is restricting the system. Other causes of weak cooling require diagnosis.

Cleaner Indoor Air

Cleaning removes visible dust and debris from the components included in the service scope. It is not a guarantee of allergen removal, health improvement or whole-room indoor-air quality.

Cleaning and Energy Use

Cleaning may support heat transfer and airflow where dirt is reducing performance. Any change in electricity use depends on the equipment, installation, settings, usage and underlying faults.

Prevents Water Leakage

Cleaning the included drain pan and drainage path may reduce blockage risk, but it cannot prevent every leak or repair. Recurring leakage should be assessed for other causes.

Supports Routine Maintenance

Routine servicing can remove build-up and identify visible operating symptoms, but it cannot guarantee efficiency, prevent component wear or extend equipment lifespan.

Maintenance Scope

The agreed maintenance scope covers the listed components and visible operating checks where applicable. Further diagnosis may be recommended when symptoms indicate a fault.
